Have used it for 3 weeks and it is very good for balance training. Surface is non slip so it is very goid grip.

The magnetic limiter design ensures maximum safety, making it suitable for everyday yoga balance poses and surfing simulation training. The continuous standing and swaying motion effectively tightens the core. When not in use, it can be conveniently stored on the rack, saving space. The surface is comfortable to the touch, and it shows no signs of wear or noise even after long-term use. Highly recommended.

I enjoy both yoga and surfing, and after comparing several balance boards, I chose the one. The magnetic limiters offer flexible control; beginners can adjust the limits slightly to find balance, and once skilled, releasing the limiters simulates the swaying motion of real surfing.
