Tap and Die set

For the money, you can't beat it. I've used two of the dies, and they worked perfectly. They dont lock into the handle as well as I'd like, but as long as you're careful not to drop your die, you'll be ok. I've also used one of the taps, and no issues at all. Thumbs up.

This is a very nice tap and die set, and it appears to be high quality. I've only used it to thread one bolt thus far so I can't speak to every die or tap, but the ones I've used have been great.

The quality of the taps looks good, and now I have taps for almost any threads! The quality of the plastic case is actually pretty bad. The locks is not tight, so I would not trust them. There were also one taps loose inside the case when I opened it. It cannot click back on its case. Would rather pay some more for better quality on the case.

I couldn’t be happier. It has every size I’ve needed so far, both metric and SAE, which saves me from running to the store mid-project. The tools feel solid, not cheap or flimsy, and they cut clean threads without stripping or binding up. The case keeps everything organized so I’m not digging around for the right piece. For the price, this is one of the most useful sets I’ve added to the shop. Highly recommend if you want a reliable all-in-one set that actually works.

Great inexpensive set

I did not need this whole kit but by the time you go locally and buy just what you need it’s the same price as the whole set. I got the set to tap holes into the inside of the bed of my pick up to install 4 bed anchors so I tapped a total of 16 holes with the same tap. Worked perfectly and the tap is strong unlike what I had picked up the auto parts store that broke 1st attempt. Make sure you use proper lubricant and add it often while tapping. This set worked great.

This set got me out of a big jam, and held up with removing 14 stripped, large brass screws. Nothing I did before worked, not heat, not wd40, nothing. It also fits PEFECTLY in the Milwaukke Packout tool boxes!

Wow for the money you cannot beat this set! For a mechanic, It does your 6mm Toyota bolts up to your o2 sensor bung re-taps. Just keep them oiled in the kit as they like to rust

Indispensable set at a home workshop

Nice and very complete set for DIY maintenance by nonprofessional users. Not very sure about the accuracy of every tool but I use it only to clean and confirm the condition of used threads. For that it hits the target perfectly, regarding its price range.

Erstaunlich, was man hier alles f_ diesen guten Preis bekommt! Bei den Gewindebohrern sind sogar Vor- und Fertigschneider vorhanden.Hatte ichauf dem Foto gar nicht gesehen. Allerdings fehlt hier zur Unterscheidung die _liche Kreismarkierung am Schaft, aber der jeweilige Vorschneider hat ja eine stumpfere Anfangssteigung und die ist deutlich zu sehen.Ab M14 sind die Bohrer allerdings nicht ganz sauber entgratet, da sollte man mit der in die Standbohrmaschine eingespannten Drahtb_ste vor dem ersten Gebrauch einmal dr_er gehen, damit die Gewinde auch ordentlich gebohrt werden k?nnen (nur deshalb 1 Pkt. Abzug).In Anbetracht des Preises bin ich mit diesen immerhin 6 Kg !!! Qualit?t sehr zufrieden.

Ordered to replace a smaller set

It looked just like the picture. I haven't gotten to use it yet, but when I do I will you know how it was.OK, when I finally got the chance to use it, it was useless. Not because it was/is a bad product, but because I somehow missed the fact that it's all metric. I was also 2 days passed the return date so I'm stuck with it. It will collect dust until I find someone with a use for it

Worth the money

I got what I paid for and it did the job like I asked it to. It was worth the money.

Good so far. All the pieces were present. On of the dies falls out of the case and doesn't fit right but other than that, it is a very complete set with lots of sizes that should cover everything I might need. I will update if I have any issues.
