Utilização e montagem

Very poor customer support
I purchased these gates on the 29/06/26 initally they worked fine but after 4 weeks remotes stoppped working. The learn feature is no longer working on the control panel and remotes will sometimes activate the gates after multiple presses. I contacted the brand's support on the 4/08/26 and explained the issue uploading videos to illustrate. In the intervening 20 days I have received numerious e mails from the brand appologising for the delay, esculating my issue to the relevent department or telling me if they did not hear from me in the next 24 hours they would mark my complaint ticket as solved and close case. In the 20 days I received 1 email from tecnical support with some trouble shooting sugestions who then advising me if these didn't work the issue was most likely a faulty control panel. As they did not I suggested either send me a replacement control panel or issue me with a full refund. As of today I have heard NOTHING. I totaly accept things go wrong but to ignore a customer when they do is totally unaceptable. For this reason I regrettably suggest not purchasing from this company.

Ostin kaksilehtisen portin sulkijan josta toiseen tuli häiriö, ei sulkeudu kuin 60°. Tästä olen kysynyt neuvoa ja toinen kysymys oli, miten saan automatiikan pois kun portti toimii vai automatiikalla. En voi laittaa yöksi kiinni ja avata aamulla kun automatiikka avaa tai sulkee määrätyn ajan jälkeen itse. Olen kysellyt useaan kertaan mitä tehdä, mutta joka kerta tekoäly tuntee samaa paskaa ota video ota kuva kerro selkeästi viasta. Otin kuvat oikein mitan kanssa montako senttiä sylinteri jää vajaaksi kun toinen menee minne pitääkin ja portista kun toinen on 90° ja toinen 60° ja sitten ohjeena on vastaa tähän SÄHKÖPOSTIIN tai puhelin sovelluksella tickettiin. Olen vastannut molempiin englanniksi ja suomeksi ja vastaus on aina :jos et vastaa kysymykseen 24h kuluessa ticketti poistuu. JOS SIELLÄ KIINNASSA EI OLE IHMISIÄ ENÄÄ PALVELEMASSA NIIN ÄLKÄÄ MYYKÖ MITÄÄN MIKÄ VOI MENNÄ RIKKI TAI TULLA TOIMINTAHÄIRIÖ. Vittu mikä firma. Meillä suomessa osaa ihmiset tehdä asiakaspalveluhommia ja ovat hyviä siinä, vaikka te sitä kehitätte niin ei se vittu toimi tosielämässä tai sitten tiedon saada tyytyy kohtaloonsa.

Il parle d’un système d'alimentation solaire pour le bras de portail électrique mais il n'est pas fourni avec ,je trouve ça dommage, et cela augmente la facture puisque il faut acheter le système d'alimentation solaire à part.

Great product. At least it still works quite well. There were only two remote controls, but in Finland at least you can find more at the local Puuilo for 13 euros.

Good quality product, was easy to install and configure. The manual is very clear. You will need additional wires to install the second opener on the opposite site of the gate from the control unit, light and motion sensors. Will see how the opener will perform in winter. During the summer everything works perfectly!

+ vorfristige Lieferung + sparsame und sichere Verpackung + viele Funktionen werksseitig vorprogrammiert + einfache Bedienung + gute Bedienungsanleitung - Bedienungsanleitung nur in Englisch + genügend Spiel in den Augen und Bolzen, so daß kleine Ungenauigkeiten bei der Montage ausgeglichen werden + der große Weg und die Kraft des Zylinders machen den Antrieb fast universell !!!

J'habite à la campagne avec un grand portail en fer forgé. Cet ouvre-porte le supporte sans problème. La télécommande porte loin et la programmation est très simple. Le gain de confort est énorme, plus besoin de sortir de la voiture sous la pluie !

J'ai testé plusieurs ouvre-portes avant celui-ci, et c'est de loin le meilleur. La qualité de fabrication est impressionnante, les vérins en acier sont solides et le moteur est silencieux. Mes portails s'ouvrent et se ferment en douceur. Je recommande !

Solider und preisgünstiger Torantrieb
Sehr stabiler und (bislang) zuverlässiger Tor-Antrieb für vergleichsweise wenig Geld. Habe ihn an einem 4,50m langen Gatter installiert. Die (englische) Anleitung beschreibt sehr detailliert und gut wie der Antrieb zu installieren ist. Der Antrieb kann im Pull-to-Open oder im Push-to-Open Betrieb konfiguriert werden. Ersteres wenn das Tor nach innen / auf das Grundstück öffnet und zweiteres wenn das Tor nach aussen öffnet. Ich selbst habe den Antrieb als Push-to-Open installiert. Hierfür wird ein längerer Hebel benötigt, der in der Anleitung als "Optional PSO Part" beschrieben wird. Dieser ist also nicht enthalten. Ich vermute, weil das Antrieb meistens für Innen-Öffnung verwendet wird. Nach Rückfrage beim Hersteller bekam ich erst einen US-Anbieter der nicht nach Deutschland liefert genannt und anschliessend die Information, dass aktuell kein deutscher Lieferant angeboten werden kann. Ich habe mir das Teil dann selbst geflext - das ist aber bei der Materialstärke von 5mm nicht jedermanns Sache. Deshalb Abzug ein Stern, grundsätzlich aber Empfehlung bei Verwendung als Pull-to-Open.

Great quality. Attention needs to be paid to the measurements between the gates,pillars and Rams as in the instructions.. it's important. Add ons like solar ,keypad and gsm are easy. Extra remotes is a bit of a problem but I highly recommend this system
