Got my heater a couple months ago and I finally got time to set it up but pump won't pump fuel. I checked lines and they were fine but pump will not move fuel threw it to heater. Don't know what to do. Can I get a replacement for it.

Great product

I've had it for about a year and it has not let me down at all. Fairly good build, I have used it in temperatures below -20° Celsius and has worked without a problem. One full tank of diesel lasts me about 2 days. Each time running for about 8 to 10 hours. I don't think it is waterproof so you have to ensure that it is covered in case it's going to rain or snow. You will require a separate battery or a power source. Very compact and easy to operate.

power supply included not adapted to unit...

power supply included is 12A, in the manual it says you should have at least a 15A... so if power supply manages to start it, it is not gonna last long operating at max capacity... no air intake pipe in this kit or exhaust protection sleeve.

Great heater for the price

Arrived on time. I use it to heat my 12x20 shed. Easy setup. I let it run for 30 min or so depending on temperature outside. Works great, easy on fuel.

Was ich gegenüber anderen Heizungen sehr gut finde,ist dass der Auspuff an der Seite heraus kommt,weil dadurch das lästige biegen wegfällt. Mit der App funktioniert es auch auf weitere Strecken sehr gut. Eigentlich ist die Heizung genau so,wie ich sie mir vorgestellt habe.

Be aware

Fuel pump was jammed. When lubricated and give it a little revive it worked. Now it heats up like a stove.

Some adjustments I made: -added emergency shutoff for the pump -installed quiet pump -rerouted the internal fuse through the qir intake for easy access -changed to the green exhaust -added the outside air filter Nice little heater. Cons: -confusing voice announcements that cannot be turned off -sort of confusing interface, but simple enough to turn on the heat -bluetooth can not be turned off, so what if someone else just connects to my heater? The loudest part seems to be the air intake, but not too bad at low heat (1-3).

Diesel Heater

I use this for heating my 6x8x8 ice fishing shack and it works great. This is perfect for my needs. It's fairly quiet when running, and yes there is a ticking from the pump but it does become background noise eventually. The Bluetooth feature works great. On a windy day below -20⁰c it will keep my shack around +18⁰ to +20⁰c. My shack does have 1" of styrofoam insulation on the walls and ceiling but is far from air tight. Would I buy it again? Definitely.

Really liked the heater it did a really good job 2 nights in the camper on the lowest setting outside 1-2 degrees inside 15 degrees. Lowest setting all night used 4lts of diesel between 8pm and 830am. The app is super useful as im sure i will lose the remote and its nice not to have to get up in the morning to crank it up a few settings. Overall very happy buyer. Only thing that could be added is a 12v cord for an anderson plug. I run it off a 120ah lithium battery box i use. They sell cords that work at kings heavy duty for the fridges but same plug and worked well. Draw off the battery over night was 3-4 percent which is not much at all. Also the heater pipe is only 700mm long i will get a longer one but a longer one in the kit would be nice too.

The unit is situated in a small workshop attached to my stationary trailer. The heating output travels through the included 3 in. pipe to the trailer. The unit is located by a large door that is open when the heater is operating. Unfortunately, I get a strong diesel odour in the trailer while running the heater. I have tried attaching a 3 m. extension to the exhaust on the assumption that the unit is intaking exhaust fumes. That didn't work - the unit exhausts a lot of sooty smoke when run that way. At least for my application, the heater is not usable.
