Missing water info
No instructions, or markings in pan about how much water needs to go in the water pan. After serving there were burn marks at the bottom of each water pan, not sure if that was due to low water or poor quality material.
High quality and worked great
These were great. High quality, easy to assemble and looked great. Cheaper to buy these than it was to rent.

Qualité tres moyen, inox tres bas de gamme, solidité il faudrait y faire attention durant le transport et le service., ca fait le boulot sans plus. C'est conforme a la reputation de la marque. Bof
Useful but dangerous
I bought these to get away from the dangerous finger cutting aluminum pans that I always end up getting sliced by. Only to still cut deeply into one of my fingers. The lid to the canister that holds the sterno has razor sharp edges. When trying to get the lid off the thing on top that smothers the flame is also razor sharp. Was having difficulty get the lid off when that thing slice through my finger like a brand new razor blade. The legs are supposed to fold for easy storage but for the life of me I cant get mine to fold. Other than these issues and near hospital trip since i kept bleeding through bandages for 3 days thye served their purpose. Company should definitely looking to make those raw edges safer.

Never expected that after 2 weeks I received a post from royal mail that i need to pay another 42 euro for the tax. I wasn’t aware of, they should simply include it in the check out. so disappointed! I should return the product. Not worth it.

Missing parts and the brand will get back to me. They want to be sure the parts are missing. Always have issues with return buying from the brand!
