For the price they're decent but nothing i would put on my industrial machines. One thing i've noticed is that the blocks/wagons runs a bit different from rail to rail. I bought 3 sets (2x 1000 mm and 1x 600 mm) and all the 6 blocks have slightly different smoothness/feel to them. One side runs very light and smooth but another are pretty hard to push. I had to switch the blocks around to get my two rails on x-axis to run ish with same smoothness, and had to do the same with y-axis and z-axis. I guess the preload is slightly different on every wagon but nothing that made it problematic on my project (yet). I've tried them with and without load and with and without motors and then found out that one of the sides on the y-axis ran slower than the other. Oiled them up and cleaned everything without any improvement. So i had to switch around the blocks to find pairs that slid equally. Another thing i had with one of the sets was that the balls in the ball bearing nut just came out when i tested it with a stepper motor. I heard a bad metal against metal sound and suddenly i had 10-15 small balls on the table. For the price i don't know if i'm satisfied but it does the job so far, and th…

Spindel und Spindelmuttern soweit ok, Schienen sind stangenmaterial und auch brauchbar, aber die laufwägen fielen beim ersten Einsatz auseinander, die Kugeln fielen zu Boden. Ich habe die dann durch andere ersetzt, aber nicht die hier. Das Plastik am Ende der Wägelchen ist viel zu weich, und können die Aufgabe nicht erfüllen. Leider nix mit tolle Qualität, halber Preis

This is a dope product. I had an idea years ago for a robot build and the linear guide rail long rails with ballscrew for motor control is a must when custom designing robotics. Super recommend. I hope one day my project will be in a museum and I can thank for the hardware to make that happen.

The bearings came out and could not get them back in. I have bought several pairs and have had trouble with about 30% of them. I guess for the Price it’s expected. I hope in the future the quality will improve as I use them more and more.

Was very happy with the quality. Spun the lead screws with a drill at several hundred rpm’s and they didn’t wobble at all. Bearings are all tight and no play in the bearings or screws. For the price you can’t beat it.

Bonjour, je n'ai pas encore pu installer l'axe X de ma future CNC avec ces guides lineaires, mais la qualité semble être au RDV.Je regrette (juste un peu) que la vis sans fin soit du 1605 et non du 2005 comme ses 2 petits frères les axes Y et Z, mais je pense que cela a du être étudié pour que tout l'ensemble matche comme il se doit, et j'avais bien compris le descriptif. De toutes les façons, à ce prix là, je ne peux que dire merci une fois de plus. à bientot. sinon la livraison a été rapide malgré le fait d'avoir acheté ce kit un wek end, le mercredi suivant UPS m'a livré le colis en provenance de Germany, merci à eu et au livreur sympa.

I am very pleased with the product. I was able to connect a stepper motor directly to the the ball screw with the coupling included. The tolerances are extremely tight, but all went together very well. I am impressed with the quality. I only purchase one set incase I was unhappy, however, now will be purchasing more units to finish the project. Well done.

Je m'attendais à recevoir la commande chez moi, mais elle a été déposée à la poste sans que je ne soit informé. Après 12 jours d'attente, j'ai du contacter le support de la marque, qui ont faot leur enquette et m'ont informé que le colis a été déposé au point Relais de la poste. J'ai pu alors récupérer le colis qui était ouvert, mais heureusement complet.
