Perfect for the openness I needed. Easy install. Just gotta measure twice and cut once. We'll see how durable they are and I may change my rating once we get finished with the build and start using the trailer.

Perfect

Great product at. Great price. Was perfect for what I needed it for

Disappointed

Here is a clearer, more credible review that explains your situation while sounding professional and fair: Review: The item arrived damaged during shipping, which was extremely frustrating and also raised concerns about the product’s quality. Unfortunately, we had already cut the opening in our trailer window in preparation for installing the unit before opening the box, only to discover that it was broken. I contacted customer service immediately and explained the urgency of the situation, as this equipment is essential for our business. It has now been over a week, and my case is still “under review,” despite the product being under warranty. Because of this delay, we have had to postpone our launch and cancel events that were already booked. This situation has caused significant financial loss and unnecessary stress for our business. I hope the company resolves this matter quickly and improves how urgent warranty claims are handled, especially when customers rely on the equipment for their livelihood

Amazing!

Amazing service window, just dont test the open switch in your house as the hydrolocs work very well and can smack you in the face

There is not enough bracing on the frame causing it to flex and the corners to pop out of square. The shocks are to strong causing it to flex even with two hands spaced out. The shock mount was set to far in causing it to hit the gasket when it closes. The screws for the mounting plate were stripped out and loose. I installed it for a customer and ended up crediting her because the window was so poorly built. I usually have good luck with the brand but this product was sub par.

Comprado y NO tecibido

Han pasado 10 días estoy reclamando como que no he recibido la ventana. Me corre mucha prisa, diez días después no me dicen cuando la voy a recibir y sigue poniendo como que está entregada. Una vergüenza

owner

bought this window a few times, this time they must of put different shocks on it,so when you close it,its so strong the corners bend,i had to reinforce the corners,i told about the shock situation, but not sure if they corrected it...either way the brand took care of this situation i had,and always responds and does the right thing quickly..

Hatch

I was waiyjust over week but finally I got it, good quality hatch I would recommend to anyone who is in need of one

Posé sur mon food truck. Parfait Petit bémol sur le descriptif c'est pas mentionné qu'il n'y a pas de verre ni l'épaisseur à prévoir. Il n'y a qu'une tôle.

Contractor

The unit operates as it should. The window came with pars separating and held together with caulk. I notified the customer service and was sent a link for a video to fix it myself. Also when ordering the window I chose the unit that had screens, however, it did not come with the order. I was informed this model does not come with screen. Why have the option? It’s installed and works but a little disappointed.

Great

Love them, really no problem with them and installation was simple. Only thing I would suggest is a way to lock the shocks possibly? To be fair we were in a very windy place that had gusts up to 28 mph.

J’ai été très surprise de la rapidité de livraison de la qualité et le poids du produit. Il correspond parfaitement à ce que je voulais et j’en suis très satisfaite merci

Owner

Great window for the price, came packaged very securely, shipping was reasonably fast for a box this large. Overall I’m extremely happy with the purchases and will definitely buy another one in the future.

Window

I wanted the one with the window in it and they sent me this one now I got to try to make up a window for

Business Owner

The concession windows came on time, very well packaged, and ready to install. After inspection they are very good quality for the price and very sturdy. The hydraulics are very strong and good quality. We have not installed the windows yet but I have no doubt they will look amazing when we are done.

Perfect

Ordered this and it works awesome, no problems well constructed, had no problem installing it wish the instructions were a little bit organized it doesn't show were the two pieces of metal go on track. Before pic and after really approved

Owner

Very good product and quality made , plus fast shipping. I recommend to everyone , we are very satisfied

Great Price for a Solid Concession Window

Like everyone else has mentioned, be aware of the tiny 1/2" flange included with this concession window. For an 8' x 4' window you need to be pretty precise with your rough opening for the flange to hit the structural material behind it (in my case, wood studs). I made my opening just shy of 3/8" wider and it was still a bit too much... I'd suggest a 48-1/4" x 96-1/4" rough opening for this window, no larger. The directions suggest for an 1" additional, which would leave you with a window that pops right through the RO. Otherwise, the quality seems good so far and it installed easily. We'll see how it does over a few seasons at the market.

Retail Manager

Amazing product easy install .Had to find a fit for the tailgate trail tv and man did this do the JOB!!!

Great unit

Great value for the price. Fit and finish aren't perfect, but for the intended application, they're perfectly fine. Packaging is weak and I was somewhat surprised the unit didn't suffer any damage- guess I got lucky. The gas-lift shocks work well as does the latch lever. As mentioned in other reviews the installation flange is very narrow, so your rough opening needs to be right-on for the screws to bite meat, but with that in mind, we oversized the opening by 1/16" overall and installation was a breeze. Highly recommend.
