Unhappy with floor jack

Gets the job done

Have used it a few times now, primarily got it to lift my lawn mower for deck maintenance and blades swaps. Overall the quality is excellent and it works well. Not too big, good spacing on the wheels, sturdy. The brand and HF are my two faves when it comes to gear like this and I have few issues with anything I purchase from the brand

Not fir for purpose

It Was unable to lift one side a 1200k caravan and the saddle mounting burst. Very disappointing and just as well I tested it before having to actually use it. I hope there is no problem returning it and getting a refund.

Der Wagenheber ist von guter Qualität. Er hat zwar nur einen Kolben, aber das Anheben des Autos ist trotzdem nicht viel schwieriger. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist gut. Er hat einen praktischen Gummiadapter, der das Auto schützt. Ich habe ihn ursprünglich gekauft, weil ich zwei Autos habe, ein tiefergelegtes Auto und einen SUV. Dieser Wagenheber ist perfekt für tiefergelegte Autos und sollte auch für SUVs geeignet sein. Sollte! Leider musste ich ihn zurückschicken, denn obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, dass er 2,5 Tonnen Tragkraft hat, reicht die Hubkraft nicht aus, um einen SUV anzuheben. Er kann das Auto zwar tragen, daran liegt es nicht, sondern daran, dass ich nicht bedacht hatte, meinen SUV ein paar Zentimeter höher anzuheben. In der Beschreibung steht zwar, dass er auch für SUVs geeignet ist, aber ich wusste leider nicht, dass ich meinen SUV so hoch anheben muss. Da ich ihn nicht hoch genug anheben konnte, um den Reifen abzunehmen, habe ich ihn zurückgeschickt. An sich hebt der Wagenheber gut bis zur höchsten Position. Great Value delivered to my door!

This jack is fantastic for changing wheels on my vehicles, lawn tractor and such. It gets quite low down to the ground so would fit under most vehicles that one would encounter. It has a long jacking bar to make it a breeze to jack up even a heavy load such as my 3/4 ton truck. Also used it to jack and level my RV to set on blocks. I can compare this jack to a nearly identical one sold in Canadian Tire for twice the bucks! Spin the wheel...take a chance on this bad boy! Great value for the money!

Poor quality

Don't buy this floor jack!!! If you are SUV owner and looking for a tough and convenient floor jack, this will make you disappointed. The floor jack has clicking sound from the spring while it reaches its maximum height, and it rises very slowly which shows it is not strong enough to support my car. Also, before buying this floor jack, I saw the comments that it was tough and could lift SUVs easily, but the fact is that it can not lift my Rogue for tire changing even it reaches its maximum height, my tire is still in contact with the floor, which stops me from pulling out my tires. Moreover, the customer service did not solve my issue, instead they told me to wait for 48 hours and 48 hours, again and again, finally they only replied me that they were sorry to hear my poor experience with their product. I will not buy anything from this company again, unless my issue has been solved.

I was in three big need for a hydraulic jack and I didn’t have a whole lot of money so this was perfect not to spending and not too cheap as they lifted my truck up so there’s that typical Jack price we would definitely buy again if I need to, but again, I don’t think I will cause it’s pretty good quality

Le tampon en caoutchouc a explosé pendant l'utilisation. Résultats des courses la voiture est retombée et le bras du cric est passé à travers le radiateur. Grosse frayeur et un radiateur et ventilateur à changer en plus... Sinon je l'utilise sans le tampon et ça marche beaucoup mieux...

perfect choice

Pretty cool tool. Way better than my old 1,5 ton version. It is really stable, it also can lift higher vehicles like Volkswagen Transporter and very good for personal use. The lifting range is almost as high as that of the heavier /30kg/ models. It is the perfect choice.

Did what I needed it to do. Good quality for 60 bucks. Pump handle is a little wonky but for the price can’t be beat. Lifted and released with ease. Super heavy and sturdy no cheap parts (besides the carrying handle) it’s a nice 30 pounds of steel. Just your standard simple to use, straightforward hydraulic jack.

De beschrijving geeft aan om eerst de cylinden te onluchten. Daarvoor moet je een steunplaat met afstandshouder demonteren. Daarna krijg je deze onderdelen niet meer op zijn plaats teruggezet. Apparaat wordt niet gebruiksklaar geleverd. Bovendien is de slag om de auto op te krikken te kort en te laag.

2.5 Floor Jack

Initial use of the Jack right out of the box, the Jack Would NOT operate properly, instructions specify to take off the cover over the top of the hydraulic pump and add fluid! Who sells a 2.5 Ton Jack with not enough Hydraulic fluid in it? Ok did that, works better, but now the protective cover will not go back on, instructions say take it to a professional! So there it sits not being used, what a Waste of money. Thanks for nothing the brand.

Jack will not lift 1400 pound trailer empty. Even at that weight the handle is so hard to push the bar is bending, extremely heavy and down not lift as much as a $40 compact 1.5 ton from harbor freight that is half its size

The materials used in the floor jack seem very thin and the valve release tool had to be crimped further to allow usage! I hope it lasts because I have used it on 4 tire changes and I am concerned with its quality
