The unit came in good time as indicated. The quality is very good. One issue I had with customer service was that they did not have detailed data about the product. Whenever you are installing an item as part of a construction project one should have better details about the product install and clearances or the customer service folks should know the product in detail. I strongly suggest you require your suppliers to provide extremely detailed instructions. More than were available. Or provide a way for customers to get detail from the supplier. Also I suggest improving your return policy. It is blatantly different from your presentation and deceiving on the brand's part.
