Lo instalé en un mueble a los pies de la cama. Muy muy silencioso. Fácil de usar. Mucho rango de subida y bajada. Medidas muy comprimidas. Me resulta perfecto. Todos los materiales de mucha calidad.
Excellent produit malgré difficulté à comprendre certains points du descriptif
Ce support est excellent, de très bonne qualité, peu bruyant et bien moins cher qu'ailleurs. Nous avons eu un peu de mal avec le descriptif : le produit est compatible avec plus de Vesa qu'indiqué. Notre téléviseur est un 200x400 et le support va très bien. Si comme nous, vous souhaitez intégrer votre téléviseur dans un meuble, il faut savoir que ce support permet de monter le téléviseur de 64,5 cm au maximum. Cela convient pour sortir du meuble un téléviseur de 32 à 50 pouces parce que la hauteur du téléviseur sera inférieure à 64,5 cm. Par contre, un téléviseur de plus de 50 pouces risque d'avoir une hauteur trop importante pour être entièrement sorti.

We ended up reroute as it was too long(my bad not noticing measurements 😔). We were a little disappointed as it looked really nice and sturdy. I’m giving it a 5 star because we would definitely have kept it.

Poor packaging at the factory
Another ever product that doesn’t need standards it’s missing half of the nuts and both there were no M5 nuts included in it and half of the larger bolts were missing other than that. It runs smoothly and is quiet.

Ceiling Mount
Mounted this on my lanai ceiling. It’s a 2 person job to do it right, but this is an awesome product that’s easy to install! Well built, extends and contracts a good distance and is easy to operate. I didn’t use the memory console due to the location of the mount, but the remote is adequate for my needs. This mount is a brute, well made, and operates smoothly and quietly. For the price, you can’t go wrong!!

Great product overall but challenging installation
Great product, but absolutely ABYSMAL instructions (seriously) and didn't come with the correct tools but did come with extra parts? Definitely a 2-man project. I willed my way through getting a 40\\" TV up by myself but that was more or less a miracle and required a ride of creativity on the struggle bus. It would be great if it came with a junction box / power strip to plug other devices in so there's limited visible wires, but it doesn't, so prepare for that. It would also heavily benefit from having a stencil to place the pilot holes for drilling rather than trying to hold up a heavy metal object to a ceiling while trying to mark the pilot hole locations with a marker. You'll need a 5mm allen wrench, phillips head screwdriver, stable ladder, 7/16 sockets and extensions (that are compatible with a drill for the lag bolts), 3/8 drill bit for the pilot holes, and a 2nd man to hold the TV while you bolt it to the frame. Watch for the placement of the bars on the back, I had to flip mine upside down because the cross bars were blocking access to the HDMI and power ports. Measure the space you'll need between the wall and the device / bottom of the TV when fully retracted so you don'…
