Reliable actuator for heavy loads, but movement speed is slow

This actuator has been working well in a real-world application where reliability matters more than speed. I'm using it to lift a door weighing approximately 200 lbs, and it has been operating consistently for several months without any issues. The actuator feels solid, and the included mounting hardware made installation straightforward. Once installed, it has provided enough force to move the load without struggling. The only significant drawback is speed. While it has plenty of lifting power for my application, it moves fairly slowly. In my setup, it takes approximately 1.2 minutes to fully open the door. Depending on your project, that may be perfectly acceptable or it may feel too slow. For my use, reliability was more important than opening speed. The actuator has otherwise performed as expected and has been dependable during regular operation. Cons: Slow travel speed Not ideal for applications where quick movement is important Bottom line: If you need a reasonably powerful actuator for moving heavier loads and don't mind slower operation, this is a solid option. It has been reliably lifting a 200 lb door in my installation for months without problems.

Top Produkt! Läuft einwandfrei! Immer wieder

Verin

Bon rapport qualité prix, livraison rapide Satisfait

RV bed lift

Works great for our RV bed lift. Lifts and holds bed with heavy household mattress and topper on it.

Business owner

Item as described. Worked perfect for my application on manure opening door. Great price and decent shipping.

Very strong

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This works great for raising and lowering the yard rake on the back of my tractor.

Actuator Review

This is a very good actuator. Quality and usability is fair. FYI - The speed of this unit is very slow (2mm per second). So keep this in mind for your application.

Bon produit, simple d'utilisation bon rapport qualité / prix, livraison rapide, site web facile à utiliser.

Pushing Along!

It worked out well. It was a replacement for a new one I install a week ago from another company. The box was beat up, but the unit was OK. Would buy it again.

Old man

I used these two actuators to open and close the door on a zero turn lawn mower. It does away with some complicated levers that required getting off the mower and manually opening the door to dump the grass. I do not have pics at this time.

Perfetto.

Tut, was ich brauche.

Perfekt.
