The pieces doesn’t fit and the respons is too long
The 4 pieces in the back of the ladder, that is suppose to hold it to the wall, doesnt fit. When you have fasten the piece of the wood in one side of the ladder, it cant reach the other side. The piece of wood is to short. All of the 4 pieces. So when you think you are stupid and try with alle the power to make them fit, the screw is damaged. When you reach out to the brand, the response it at first 2 days and the you get a response, that they will reach out again within 48 hours. I dont know what is going to happend, but it has been a week now. If the response is positive, I will edit my review. Until then, dont by

Este un produs foarte calitativ. Copiii mei (3 la număr) îl folosesc cu mult drag. S-a chinuit soțul puțin la montare, dar nu i-a lipsit nimic. Este un cadou potrivit pentru copii energici și plini de idei. Poate fi folosit în multe moduri

The ladder has been great so far and the kids love it (3.5 and 7 yrs old). They both find several ways to explore new things every day with this new addition in our house. We have also hanged a Montessori swing which gives a lot more room for fun. The only negative I have found is that although the specs say it is designed for 220lbs, I doubt whether the pull up bar can manage that much weight.
Great Gym: Might take an extra step to assemble.
This is a great jungle gym that was 'fairly' easy to assemble. Something to be aware of - If you live in a typical American style home aka made of drywall and stud, then the assembly will take a bit more work. I had to buy two 2" x 6" lumber (6 ft each) from Home Depot, screw the lumber to the studs first and then screw the gym on the lumber. I did not use the expansion screws that came with the package to screw the gym - I bought and used 3/8 (3") hex lag screws instead. Sturdy and stable.
